On December 28th, I'll be undertaking a 500km non-stop ride around Herne Hill Velodrome - totalling over 1100 laps of the track completed, outdoors whatever the weather.
Donations will be shared between the Friends of Herne Hill Velodrome, and the Royal National Lifeboat Institution -
FHHV are a group of volunteers, working to look after the historic velodrome, helping to make cycling accessible for all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Herne Hill Velodrome is an incredibly special community - every donation helps support youth programs, maintenance of the track, and community outreach initiatives, ensuring the legacy of this track continues.
The RNLI are a volunteer powered organisation that look after our coastlines and waterways, helping save lives at sea. In 2024, there were 9,141 lifeboat launches around the British Isles, with 17,068 people aided by lifeguards - growing up by the sea allowed me to sea first hand how vital the RNLI’s work is. Donations support the maintenance of their boats and equipment, helping keep crew trained and ready to go in all sea states and weather conditions.
All donations are incredibly appreciated and will go a long way - thank you for your support.
